Hello! I’m Kristin Hansen and I’m OpenSesame’s new Account Management Associate. I’m excited to join the OpenSesame team and to reenter the startup realm. I spent the last couple of years working in a medical office in various capacities, but before that I worked at local startup WalkerTracker where I assisted with customer support and systems creation. I have a strong interest in relationship building and customer service, and I’m excited to use those skills here at OpenSesame as well as to pick up new skills by helping the sales team.
Hi, I'm Alex! I am the Community Coordinator at OpenSesame. In my current position at OpenSesame, I head the Customer Support Team, providing round-the-clock support via social media channels, phone, live chat, email, and case management tools. Most clients know me on a first-name basis, and I strive to give care and attention-to-detail to every person on our site.

Quarter 1 is moving along quickly for the OpenSesame Development Team. We are making great progress on our OpenSesame Plus functionality, we have welcomed a new member to our team, and we have released some new capabilities available for folks interested in the Tin Can API.
At OpenSesame, we strive to make selling and purchasing elearning as simple as possible. We ourselves had experienced the challenges to accessing quality content—the lengthy negotiations, multiple year contracts and complicated pricing—prompting us to launch OpenSesame more than two years ago.
One of our goals this past year was to ramp up our blogging efforts, creating more quality content that covered industry topics, training news and improvements to the OpenSesame site. Since the beginning of the year, we’ve published more than 200 posts on everything from the updated GHS standards, to the best Mac productivity apps—even the threat of a sriracha shortage. We’ve learned a lot over the past year and we wanted to share the popular lessons with you. 2013 has been a great year for us here at OpenSesame. We've grown our catalog to more than 22,000 courses, expanded our weekly course deals, and will soon be adding a new subscription option.
