So within L&D, I think one of the biggest trends that we’re seeing is uses of technology in AI. It’s advancing rather rapidly. And I think a lot of people are still trying to understand where they fit in AI, how they can use it, how it can help them enhance their roles, help them be more productive, those kinds of things.

Every role is unique because every company is going to be unique. Every use of AI is going to be unique. And I think what OpenSesame can be helpful in that is helping people understand what the tools are capable of, so they can then decide for themselves how they’re going to be using AI to be more efficient.

Yeah. So the main way we’re looking at it, we recently migrated into workday learning. So it’s fairly new, looking at the activity, how many people are getting into workday learning, how many people are taking courses that aren’t just our standard compliance courses.

So we want to see what types of topics they’re focusing on, how much time they’re spending, is it something that’s related to a soft skill, or are they looking more at technical training. And then of course, looking back at things like, course ratings and those types of things to see which content best fits the needs of our employees
