    Great Leadership Development Resource

Working for a billion dollar multinational organization over the past 8 yrs, I've had the privilege of having access to volumes of top-tier content from industry-leading development houses and content vendors. Leadership development is a key development area for the organization, and I have seen literally hundreds of leadership courses.

I would rank this option among the best online leadership development courses I have come across.

Content is solid, well-founded and supported by research. The design of the course makes content engaging and easy to approach. Navigation is intuitive and gives user control. Many activities and scenarios/vignettes are offered to reinforce concepts. For example, a team analysis tool offered in the course would provide a leader some keen insight.

Print resources are offered for learners to apply the learning to their own work context. This not only strengthens the concepts of the learning by making the learner think about how they apply to their own work situation, but also facilitates transfer of skills to the workplace.

The media used in the course is good quality and offers flexibility. Audio of interactive slides (not just animated, but often clickable) offered volume, muting and play controls, and text options for when audio is not an option.

If you are looking for a leadership development course for your organization, I highly recommend exploring this offering.
