Cindy Pascale
When she combined her 16+ years of HR, Training & Development and OD leadership experience, with her 12 years of talent management consulting, one axiom proved to be true—Managers want to take action to engage, retain and develop their employees. Yet they don’t. Not because they don’t want to, but because they don’t know what to do. This simple fact led Cindy and her business partner to develop learning content that is “changing the face of learning”. Cindy has over 20 years of Human Resources, Sales & Marketing and Operations experience. Before co-founding Vado, she: Was a SVP & Partner for a employee engagement provider, leading the sales, marketing and business development functions As the President & COO, led an assessment services organization delivering employee surveys and 360 degree assessments Lead the Human Resources, Training & Development and Organizational Development functions for a mid-sized software company and a medical device manufacturing company. Cindy earned a MBA in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas and a B.A. in Business Management with a Minor in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin.

Kim Egan
Kim Egan is a co-founder and Vice President of Development for Vado. Leading the creation of courseware designed to help learners develop on the job, Kim has over 15 years of training design, performance management, and competency development experience. She has helped author and build over 500 soft skill courses delivered to learners throughout the world. Kim earned an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and a B.A. in Psychology and Physical Education from DePauw University.
