Bullying and disrespect within the workplace are both distressing and threatening to your employees’ health, happiness and overall engagement within your organization. Working in close proximity to employees, your supervisors are often the first to know about disagreements, threats, or acts of violence, and are therefore a company’s first line of defense against bullying and workplace violence.
