Centralised learning solution supports the strategic objectives

We now manage all e-learning, but also blended learning programmes using one central solution globally. This has streamlined the process and made it easy for our employees to develop new skills”, explains Lim.

As an innovative manufacturing company, allnex emphasises sustainability. The company has just achieved the EcoVadis Platinum Medal, which is the highest tier of EcoVadis achievements. To achieve the Platinum Rating, companies undergo an in-depth evaluation from EcoVadis who evaluates the sustainability management system. Employee training is part of the EcoVadis sustainability assessment process, so training content plays an important role in this achievement.

“Recently we have started testing Simon for multi-language translations and I can already say that it is impressive. It is able to translate content in almost real time into all our 15 languages. We are now piloting Simon for one of our safety courses and are looking forward to using it to build interactive and engaging learning experiences for our employees also on other topics.
