Before the partnership, Assemble You faced two major barriers to growth: limited international visibility and a need for a scalable sales infrastructure. “We had a great product and a growing library, but not the global reach we needed,” says Courtney Barnard, Head of Partnerships at Assemble You. “OpenSesame gave us instant access to the audiences we wanted to reach, and with it, a stream of high-quality feedback that helped us improve.”

Immediate and significant impact

Between 2023 and 2024, Assemble You saw a 97 percent increase in revenue from their presence on OpenSesame. The partnership reduced the immediate need for a large in-house sales team, while expanding its footprint across North America and Europe.

Beyond driving revenue growth, OpenSesame’s insights continue to influence Assemble You’s content strategy, shaping both what’s created and how it’s delivered. Earning a spot on the OpenSesame Plus platform in record time also boosted Assemble You’s credibility with investors and customers.

Looking ahead: Expanding access, one episode at a time

Assemble You is gearing up to expand into compliance content, bringing its modern, human approach to a space often seen as dull or disengaging. “We’re going to make compliance content actually enjoyable,” says Barnard. “It should be engaging, not something to dread.”

Assemble You is also investing in translation, with the full audio library set to launch in Spanish and plans to add additional languages. “We want to reach more people in more places,” Barnard concludes. “With OpenSesame’s support, we know we can do it.”
