Over two thirds of L&D teams now use AI. Most still point it at their own work, like faster content and faster admin. A small group says the business now comes to them for different things.
Report authors Donald H. Taylor and Eglė Vinauskaitė draw on four years of research, including this year’s survey of 531 practitioners in 55 countries. They show where L&D’s use of AI is settling into routine and where it’s growing. They also look at what the 14% of workplace L&D teams the business now approaches do differently, and why putting AI to work inside the organization has become a bigger barrier than knowing where to start.
You’ll leave with:
- A benchmark for where your team’s AI use stands against the field
- A clear view of the barriers that remain (integration, cost, time, and risk) and which ones L&D can solve alone
- Ideas for pointing AI at business problems, not just content production
