In today’s fast-paced environment, balancing back-to-back meetings, shifting priorities, and looming deadlines can feel relentless. The challenge isn’t just working harder—it’s working with greater clarity, focus, and intention.
This practical, fast-moving webinar introduces strategies to help you reclaim control of your time, sharpen your focus, and get more meaningful work done without working all night. Explore proven prioritization and time-management techniques alongside fast application of AI tools that can streamline planning and help you decide where to invest your attention.
Through simple frameworks and real-world examples, participants will learn how to structure their work for deeper concentration, manage competing demands, and stay composed when pressure rises. The session also demonstrates how AI assistants can help summarize information, generate task plans, and reduce cognitive overload—freeing people to focus on the work that matters most.
You’ll leave with practical tactics, AI-supported (and human-empowered) workflows, and a refreshed mindset for working with greater focus, intention, and resilience.
At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify how to structure their environment, calendar, and workflow to support sustained attention.
- Apply practical strategies to minimize interruptions and maintain momentum.
- Apply prioritization frameworks to determine what truly matters and align tasks with goals.
- Use AI tools to support time management, including generating task plans, summarizing information, and organizing priorities more efficiently.
- Take on tough conversations to address and minimize time-sucks and low value work.
- Create a personalized focus and productivity plan, integrating both human habits and AI tools.
