In the era of artificial intelligence, organizations are rethinking how work gets done and which uniquely human capabilities still matter most. For anyone who leads in their work, the rise of AI presents both opportunity and uncertainty: how does one harness new technologies while preserving the human judgment, creativity, and ethical leadership that drives meaningful impact?
In this Future of Work Series conversation, behavioral scientist Joanna Hong, PhD and head of learning and development Stephanie Wagner, NBC-HWC from Humin, a global nonprofit leader in wellbeing science, explore what it means to stay meaningfully human in the age of AI. Drawing on psychology, contemplative neuroscience, and lived industry experience, they will examine how to thoughtfully integrate AI while strengthening the human capacities that technology cannot replace.
Course content includes guided meditation, audio and video-based lessons, and practical strategies for weaving well-being into the workday. Designed for learners at all levels, courses provide evidence-based practices that build connection, focus, and purpose in daily life.
Learning Objectives
