L&D has entered unmapped territory.
As AI reshapes work worldwide, it is not only changing what’s possible - it’s exposing a growing gap between what organizations need and how L&D is currently operating. In this global session, Donald H. Taylor shares insights from the 2026 Global Sentiment Survey, reflecting the views of 3,749 L&D professionals across 101 countries.
We’ll explore what learning leaders believe will matter most in 2026, where Human + AI readiness gaps are emerging at a global level, and why AI is forcing a fundamental rethink of L&D’s purpose - from creating content to enabling people and organizations to flourish.
