Tips for mindfulness and intention at work
- Taking 10-minute breaks every 2-3 hours to clear your mind, slow down your heart rate, and be present

- Give gratitude for your day – Did someone at work compliment you? Did a colleague help you with a project today that you were stressing about? Did someone make an introduction for you?
- During your lunch break, be mindful of the food you’re eating (slow it down)
- Acknowledge your thoughts and bring all focus back to your breath
- Use the 4-7-8 breathing technique (breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8)
